Dewayne Long is a leader, a business entrepreneur, and a sales development professional. He has spent the last 15 years growing his sales and branding corporation, True Vision Enterprises. Dewayne takes a lot of pride in his ability to duplicate profitable businesses, develop effective marketing techniques, and innovatively solve problems for his company's clients and respective consumers. His industry expertise was acquired through working with a diverse portfolio of Fortune 100 companies. These clients' needs included a range of experience in consumer electronics, solar, streaming, and broadband industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Long has cultivated a wide array of skills in management, sales analysis, and personnel development, in order to increase the value that he brings to the companies and individuals he partners with.

Recently, his focus has shifted to mentoring young entrepreneurs, directing a national sales expansion, and championing change in the workplace, by chairing a new Diversity and Inclusion Board for fellow industry leaders. As an active member of his community, Long is a contributor to many local and national charities. “Any opportunities I’ve had, all stemmed from community support. My faith and upbringing has always taught me to give back and look to provide opportunities to those less fortunate.”

As a long time Chargers season ticket holder, an avid NBA and Lebron fan, and a proud Wrestlemania attendee, it is safe to say he is a huge sports fan! Dewayne prioritizes his physical health and believes that a strong mind begins with healthy fitness habits. He was a four sport athlete in high school and went on to play Division 1 football at Nebraska and Colgate University. Being a lifelong athlete has shaped his mentality and instilled a competitive drive to succeed in all aspects of life, both personal and professional. Dewayne is a family man. He is a loving husband to his wife & business partner, Holly. He is also a proud #girldad to three beautiful, future world changers.
